Gwenn Hodge is a Certified Mediator, with a Masters of Public Administration (MPA). With a twenty-year work history that spans all sectors of the market – from local and state government – to corporate and private enterprises, she now offers consultant services as an independent contractor in the Metropolitan Washington, DC area. Hodge’s expert knowledge and solutions driven results satisfy the needs of both employers and job seekers. Her expertise is in employment laws and trends, workforce development, community relations, human resource management and she has the ability to create viable programs, services and opportunities for others. She is a skilled negotiator who builds and develops effective collaborative partnerships and enjoys working with individuals and assisting them in finding viable employment. She also assists employers who are looking for new talent and acquisitions. Through her years of working in local government and as a university administrator, Gwenn has always strived to make a difference in the lives of others. She is a member of several community and national organizations, mentors several young adults and is active in her community.
